Welcome to Planet K. By accessing our website, making a booking or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings

• A booking is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the applicable booking/payment process.
• Please provide accurate information while making a booking.
• Booking confirmation details should be retained and presented when required.

2. Tickets & Entry

• Entry is subject to the ticket or booking conditions applicable to the selected experience.
• Tickets may be valid only for the date and time selected during booking.
• Planet K reserves the right to refuse entry in circumstances involving safety, security or violation of these terms.

3. Children & Parental Responsibility

Planet K is a family entertainment destination. Parents, guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Certain attractions may have specific age, height, weight or safety requirements. Visitors must follow the instructions provided by Planet K staff.

4. Safety Requirements

Visitors must follow all safety instructions, attraction guidelines and staff directions.

Activities may have specific restrictions based on:

• Safety requirements of individual attractions

Planet K may restrict access to an attraction when required for safety.

5. Personal Belongings

Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Planet K is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal items brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Food & Beverages

Food and beverages purchased or consumed at Planet K are subject to applicable food-service policies.

Certain outside food or beverages may not be permitted within designated areas, subject to Planet K's operational guidelines.

7. Behaviour

All visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.

Any behaviour that threatens safety, causes disturbance, damages property or violates applicable rules may result in removal from the premises without refund, where permitted by law.

8. Photography & Media

Planet K may photograph or record activities and events at the premises for promotional, marketing or documentation purposes.

Where required, appropriate consent will be obtained, particularly for identifiable children.

Visitors should inform Planet K staff if they have specific concerns regarding photography or recording.

9. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions may vary depending on the booking, ticket, event or package selected.

The applicable cancellation/refund terms displayed during booking will apply to that transaction.

10. Events & Banquet Bookings

Banquet hall and event bookings may be subject to separate booking terms, advance payment requirements, cancellation policies and venue-specific conditions.

These conditions will be communicated during the booking process.

11. Changes to Facilities

Planet K may temporarily close, modify or restrict access to an attraction, facility or area due to maintenance, safety requirements, weather, operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Changes to Terms

Planet K may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
